Hi!
I’m Amy
I take a collaborative, honest, and down-to-earth approach especially when working with folks navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or a neurodivergent brain that doesn’t always play by the rules.
No one wants a therapist who’s a blank slate and doesn’t actually help. You want someone who truly gets how your mind works, and who can help you untangle the patterns that keep you stuck. Whether it’s managing spirals, making sense of sensory overload, or learning how to quiet your inner critic- I’m here to walk with you through it. We’ll move at your pace, with tools that work for you.

My approach
I help millennial women move beyond anxiety, overthinking, trauma, and self-doubt- especially those navigating life with a neurodivergent mind. Using EMDR and brain-based therapy, we’ll work together to quiet the mental noise, build lasting confidence, and create meaningful change from the inside out.
My approach is individualized and strengths-based. You’ll learn practical tools to manage overwhelm, communicate with more ease, and move through transitions with clarity. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or just not like yourself, I’m here to help you feel grounded, capable, and more connected to you.
My Specialties
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a brain-based therapy that helps you process painful memories, reduce triggers, and feel more in control- using simple tools like eye movements or tapping to calm your nervous system and rewire old patterns.
Trauma Counseling for Neurodivergent Women
Therapy can be a much-needed space to pause, reflect, and finally focus on you. If you're living with anxiety or navigating life with a neurodivergent brain, working with a therapist who truly understands the overwhelm—and the pressure that often comes with it—can make all the difference.
Betrayal Trauma Treatment
Betrayal trauma can shake your sense of safety and leave you questioning everything you thought you could trust. You might feel overwhelmed by waves of anger, grief, confusion, or even shame-wondering how you missed the signs or if you’ll ever feel secure again.
